Golf Anyone?
Come to the Billy Barue Golf Tournament. This tournament is an annual event sponsored by the suppliers and local doctors and interest groups that we encounter here at the school. The purpose of the tournament is to go out and have fun. While there are prizes given away for the top 3 places, there are also opportunities to win door prizes, clubs from long drive competition type events, and larger prizes for a hole in one. It is a great deal of fun and gives you the opportunity to meet upperclassmen as well as a lot of clinical faculty who you haven't met yet. I strongly encourage you to come out and join us for a great afternoon. You don't have to be good to have fun in a best ball round of golf.
Thus far, I have not gotten any feedback from your class regarding interest in playing. There are still some spots available but they are starting to fill up quickly as the deadline approaches so please come out and join us.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Scott Overholt Dental Class of 2008
